It all started with bourbon – Ronnefeldt Bourbon Vanilla black tea, that is. A friend gifted us a lovely metal tin of this heavenly scented brew almost twenty years ago, thus beginning our indelible relationship with The Tea Store. We visited the shop often, first in the Park Royal mall location and then online. We eventually expanded our repertoire of teas to include other varieties as well.

When we received word that the Tea Store was closing and that there was no other supplier from whom to purchase our beloved Ronnefeldt teas, panic struck: what could we do? There was only one viable solution – buy the company! With the support of a U-haul truck, a basement redesign and two teenage daughters, we opened for business in June, 2018.

We now look forward to sharing with you the teas that our family has been enjoying for years. Summer, autumn, winter or spring – we believe that there is never a “bad” time for a tea party!

Fun Fact: neither of us has ever tasted coffee!
